The Volcano series uses two completely different filter shapes. Please check your unit before ordering:

• 🔵 OPTION 1: For Classic / Digit (Round)

  • Shape: Circular / Coin-shaped.

  • Location: Fits inside the black twist-cap at the very bottom of the cone base.

  • Compatible with: All Volcano Classic and Volcano Digit (Digital) models.

• 🟠 OPTION 2: For Hybrid (Rectangular)

  • Shape: Rectangular / Card-shaped.

  • Location: Fits into the small slide-out drawer on the underside of the base.

  • Compatible with: Volcano Hybrid ONLY.

Installation Guide (Takes 10 Seconds)

1. For Classic/Digit: Turn the unit upside down. Twist the black circular cap counter-clockwise to open. Remove the old dirty sponge, insert the new Round Filter, and screw the cap back on.

2. For Hybrid: Look at the bottom edge of the unit. Pull out the small plastic filter drawer. Swap the dirty sponge for a new Rectangular Filter. Push the drawer back in.

Q: How often should I change these? A: For daily users, we recommend checking the filter once a month and replacing it every 2-3 months. If it looks gray or yellow, change it immediately!

Q: Can I just wash the old one? A: We do not recommend it. Washing can warp the foam cells and alter the air resistance. A fresh filter ensures consistent pump pressure.

Q: Will this fix my noisy pump? A: If the noise is caused by air restriction (the pump struggling to suck air), yes! A clean filter often quiets down the machine significantly.
