1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of international shipping and cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you ordered the wrong part. Please double-check compatibility with your device before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (e.g., broken glass), we will replace it for free.
- 🕒 You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- 📸 Please send a photo/video of the damage to us via WhatsApp.
- 🚀 Once verified, we will ship a replacement immediately. You do NOT need to return the broken item.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Since we transact in USDT/Crypto, cash refunds are complex. In rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g., item out of stock), we will offer:
- Store Credit (Recommended): A Coupon Code for the full value to use on your next order.
- USDT Refund: Refund back to your wallet address (Network gas fees will be deducted from the total).
