At FEIWING, we are committed to protecting your privacy rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because we operate on a Crypto-First model, we naturally collect less data than traditional retailers.
1. Data Minimization
We only collect data that is strictly necessary to fulfill your order:
- Shipping Data: Name, Address, Email, Phone Number (Required for delivery).
- Payment Data: Transaction Hash & Wallet Address (For verification only). We do NOT collect credit card numbers or bank details.
2. International Data Transfer
Feiwing operates globally. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data will be transferred to our Asia-Pacific Fulfillment Center (outside the EEA).
*Legal Basis: This transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and Feiwing (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR). We cannot ship your goods without this transfer.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share data with essential service providers:
- Logistics: DHL, FedEx, Yanwen (To deliver the package).
- Infrastructure: Our hosting and email providers (To keep the site running).
4. Your Rights
As a European resident, you have the right to:
- ✅ Right to Access: Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- ✅ Right to be Forgotten: Ask us to delete your personal information (Erasure).
- ✅ Right to Rectification: Ask us to correct wrong information.
