We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Storz & Bickel GmbH & Co. KG. The terms Volcano®, Classic, Digit, and Hybrid are used strictly for identification purposes to indicate compatibility (Fair Use).

We use a decentralized payment model to offer lower prices. Please strictly observe the following:

• Net Amount Rule: The amount received in our wallet must match the Order Total.
  (Example: If order is 50 USDT, do not send 49 USDT. You must cover the Gas Fee.)
• Network Selection: Double-check the network (e.g., TRC20 vs ERC20). Funds sent to the wrong network are permanently lost on the blockchain and cannot be recovered by us.
• Order Timeout: Payment must be completed within the time window shown at checkout to lock in the inventory.
